Internships & Credits

Benefit from an internship with a professional in your field to deepen your involvement in classroom work and foster a network for future employment or study.

Internship Credit

Many FAA graduates land jobs where they interned or meet artists they collaborate with over a lifetime.

Internships provide you with an excellent opportunity to gain work experience and explore your professional interests.  Students who are interested in pursuing an internship opportunity are strongly encouraged to work with FAA Career Services or The Career Center to learn how to approach the internship search process and to develop your job search materials.

Students who seek to earn academic credit for an internship should first consult with their Academic Advisor. Some of our FAA Units/Departments may offer a course that would allow you to earn academic credit for an internship experience. You can also choose to look into non restricted internship courses offered by other colleges on campus.  Many of these opportunities will require for you to receive departmental or faculty approval prior to enrollment.
